Due to the nature of our products and maintaining hygiene, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, refunds or exchanges unless the product has a factory default.

Refunds/Exchanges on defective goods

Kindly send us an email with your order number and clear images of your product defects to returns@www.cakeface.co.za

The refund application will then be assesses to determine the nature of the defect and whether it was by way of negligence on your part or that of the production line.

If your refund has been approved please allow 5 working days to be processed (Excluding weekends & public holidays).

If the defect is due to manufacturing defects then we will replace your item at no additional charge.
